The freeze dryer consists of drying box, refrigeration system, vacuum system, media heat exchange circulation system, automatic control system, pneumatic system and in-situ cleaning and sterilization system.


The basic principle of freeze drying is based on the three states of water. Water has solid, liquid and gaseous states, and the three states can both convert and coexist with each other. Water, ice and water vapor can coexist and balance each other. Under high vacuum, using the principle of sublimation, the water in the pre-frozen material, without the melting of ice, directly sublimated into water vapor in ice state is removed, so as to achieve the purpose of freeze drying.


After the machine is turned on, the material is put into the material box for freezing. The freezing process of the material. On the one hand, the vacuum system will take away part of the water; on the other hand, when the material is frozen, the water contained in some molecules will be discharged to the surface of the material to be frozen. After reaching the requirement of freezing, the material will be heated and dried by the heating system, and the water contained in the material will be brought to the freezing and trapping box for freezing through the vacuum, so as to reach the requirement of freezing and drying the material.

01 What is a freeze-drying machine?

Freeze-drying is a technology that uses the principle of sublimation to dry. It is a process in which the dried substance is quickly frozen at a low temperature, and then in an appropriate vacuum environment, the frozen water molecules directly sublimate into water vapor escape. The product obtained from freeze-drying is called freeze-drying, which is called freeze-drying.
