1. Whether the material has special processing conditions. For example, the requirements of the temperature can not exceed how many degrees, some precious herbs and other materials can not exceed 60 ℃ drying temperature, therefore, this type of material can only choose microwave vacuum drying equipment. Some materials require high temperature sintering, this type of special products need customised equipment.

2. Material processing output. If it is a small experimental type, the output is very low, you can consider using cabinet microwave drying equipment; if the output is large, it is suitable for continuous microwave equipment.

3. The initial moisture of the material and the moisture content of the dried material. If the initial moisture content of the material is very high, more than 80%, if you want to save energy, choose a more economical and high-quality product quality equipment, can be used with other equipment, if the hot air drying equipment, heat pump drying equipment, the first part of the material's moisture down, and then use microwave equipment to complete the final processing procedures. Of course, you can also directly use microwave equipment to dry materials with high water content, such as, fresh honeysuckle, thyme and so on.

4. Whether the volume size of the material is in line with the size of the cavity. The size of some materials is relatively large, ordinary microwave equipment can not meet this requirement, this time you need special custom equipment. 5. The size of the plant and the connection of the last step processing equipment and the next step processing equipment. Some plants are small and can't use our regular equipment, we can design suitable equipment according to the size limitations you give. In product processing, microwave equipment is one of the processing procedures, to connect with the previous process and the next process, we can customise the inlet and outlet, such as the height of the conveyor belt from the ground.
