How It Works
Microwave thawing is based on the principle of dielectric heating. Electromagnetic waves excite polar molecules—especially water—within the frozen product, causing rapid molecular rotation and friction. This generates uniform internal heat, thawing the product from the inside out. Our systems operate at 915MHz, which provides deeper penetration than standard 2450MHz systems, ensuring thorough and even thawing even in large cuts of meat.
